The Rothko Museum invites artists to apply to the 14th International Latgale Graphic Art Symposium – a vibrant creative forum that remains the most significant international event in the graphic medium held in the Latgale Region. The symposium is produced by SIVIA Association in the Rothko Museum’s residency framework.
Over the years, this dynamic creative platform has brought together more than a hundred graphic artists from almost forty countries. Today, it continues to revitalise the graphic medium in Daugavpils and boost the international profile of Latgale through a range of printmaking activities that keep drawing artists to this vibrant region where creativity can truly thrive.
When and where: Rothko Museum, Daugavpils, Latvia, 23 February through 8 March 2026
Who can participate: 10 professional artists will take part. The selection will be competition-based, with the jury assessing submitted materials (application form, CV, and visuals).
